Since joining Socium, George has effectively partnered with Founders, Transformation Directors, and CIOs, fostering the creation of high-performing teams.

Outside of work, he enjoys quality time with his family, fine dining in Essex, and attending football and boxing events.

With nearly a decade of HR experience, Mike specialises in talent acquisition, recruitment strategy, and enhancing candidate experience in both corporate and agency settings. He collaborates with business leaders to establish and expand talent acquisition functions, employing his expertise in analysing market trends and industry best practices.

As a Director of Talent Acquisition, Mike excels in managing teams, optimising efficiency, and utilising data-driven metrics.
